Terms of Service

The service

Signalmain is a mail operations console operated by Springbase Media for authorized team members. It provides read-and-send access to delegated Gmail mailboxes, optional SMS alerts, and related administration tools. Access is limited to invited users with approved Google Workspace accounts.

Acceptable use

You may use Signalmain only for the client mailboxes you are authorized to manage and in compliance with applicable law and your organization's policies. Your actions in the app are recorded in an audit log.

SMS alerts

SMS alerts are optional and require your explicit opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Full program details are in the SMS Alerts Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Springbase Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including delayed or undelivered messages.
