SMS Alerts Policy

About the program

Signalmain Alerts is an SMS notification service for authorized team members of Signalmain, a mail operations console operated by Springbase Media. Subscribers receive automated text messages when important email arrives in the mailboxes they manage, plus an optional daily summary.

How you opt in

Alerts are available only to authenticated Signalmain users. You opt in from the SMS Alerts page inside the app by entering your mobile number, checking the consent box, and clicking Subscribe. Consent is not a condition of using Signalmain, and we record the time, method, and source of every opt-in.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your mailbox activity: typically several alerts per day plus one daily summary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you text STOP, we send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, email dave@springbasemedia.com, or turn alerts off from the SMS Alerts page in the app.

Your information

We use your mobile number only to deliver the alerts described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
