Privacy Policy

Who we are

Signalmain is a mail operations console operated by Springbase Media ("we", "us"). It is used by authorized team members to manage delegated Gmail mailboxes for the Google Workspace domains we administer. Questions about this policy: dave@springbasemedia.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, work email address, and Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.
• Email data: message metadata and, on demand, message content from the delegated mailboxes you are authorized to manage. Access is read-and-send only; Signalmain never modifies or deletes existing mail.
• SMS subscription data: if you opt in to SMS alerts, your mobile number and a record of your consent (time, method, IP address).
• Audit records: a log of actions taken in the app, kept for security and accountability.

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate Signalmain: displaying and sending mail you are authorized to handle, sending the SMS alerts you subscribed to, securing the service, and maintaining audit trails. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

SMS and mobile information

Your mobile number is used only to deliver Signalmain Alerts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the vendors that deliver messages on our behalf (Twilio) and as required by law. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run Signalmain (hosting, Google APIs for mail access, Twilio for SMS delivery), each bound to use it only to provide their service, and when required by law.

Retention and security

Cached mail data, consent records, and audit logs are retained while the related account or mailbox remains active and removed on request or when no longer needed. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authenticated, domain-restricted accounts, and every mail action is audited.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from SMS at any time (reply STOP or use the in-app SMS Alerts page), and you can request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing dave@springbasemedia.com.
